Systems Delivery Now Complete

In late February, 2008 the asset transfer from BCE was completed. Since December, we have moved assets, created a new web site, re-staffed and converted computer systems. TBBS now formally has access to all systems and files of Dealers that wish to continue with us. Since that time we have been evaluating the Portal, reviewing products, working to unify pricing, and have identified and prioritized immediate needs.

New Pricing and Products

In the next two weeks our initial pricing analysis and product price unification will be complete.

We are currently finalizing systems programming to deliver new pricing to you via the portal. Under the old system there were three to four prices paid for the same product depending on your dealer fee. That system is gone. Now everyone will be paying a fair and competitive price based on our initial cost analysis and competitive review. This pricing will take effect by April 15th.

Between now and the release of new pricing we are pleased to announce an extension of our 1st Quarter 25% off promotion. This promotion will remain in place until the new pricing takes affect.

In addition, we will be introducing our first set of product enhancements. You will now be able to sell letterhead and stationery. We are also introducing short run business cards (100 and 250 quantities). More new products will continue to be introduced based on your feedback as we retool our production processes to handle the new items from our TBBS dealer network. We plan on being able to take these new orders after April 15, 2008.

Production and Support
We will be sending you a new dealer support package within the next two weeks. An email notice will be sent to you when we ship this package so you can be watching for it at your location. The package will contain our new pricing and sales materials. It will lay out how to order our new letterhead and envelope offers. We know you are as anxious about these new developments as we are. Watch your email for the shipment announcement.
